Srushti began to prepare herself for her UPSC examination during her 3rd year as a student in engineering. Following her graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she would enjoy a career in engineering job. After realizing her dream and pursuing it, she started working in civil service. Her parents encouraged her to prepare for civil service and to make an impact in the community. She was driven to be an IAS officer, and she was focusing on that goal. To be eligible for UPSC the candidate must do more. She was preparing for UPSC subject areas while she was studying her engineering. Every day, she set aside time for exam preparation. It took her just one month working on the exam and was completely off of social media and her social life. The reason she believes in focus and concentration are the key for a successful exam to be a government official. She was determined to pass the test on her first attempt and has put in lots of work. Every day, she reads newspapers to keep up to date with all the latest information. Also, she got lots of online support by gathering study materials and viewing Rajya Sabha TV. IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh published a follow-up book that was called, The Answer Writing manual. Every library in the country contains the book.
